How the service works
Trift is a buying-concierge service for Malta and Gozo. You choose an item at its delivered price. We check availability, deal with the seller, ask you to approve before anything is secured, then arrange collection and delivery. Requests do not guarantee availability or seller acceptance.
Who owns the item?
Items in this catalogue are held by private sellers. Trift does not own this virtual stock. Private-seller identity and the applicable transaction terms must be confirmed as part of the final procurement agreement before a real purchase takes place.
Clear prices, before you approve
Catalogue prices are the delivered prices you pay, including sourcing, collection and Malta delivery. What Trift agrees with the seller does not change your price. Gozo delivery adds €10 and optional inspection adds €10. Your selected options are included in the total shown before you submit a request. You approve that price before the item is secured. Payment is arranged separately by cash or Revolut. Staff record confirmed payments and refunds in your request; Trift does not connect to your bank or initiate transfers.
Inspection has a defined scope
Inspection records basic category-specific checks, such as power, display, connections and included accessories. It is not a warranty or a guarantee against hidden faults. Failed or incomplete required checks prevent dispatch until the team resolves the issue.
Your information
This local application stores account details, requests, delivery contact information and an essential session cookie. Saved finds use this browser’s local storage. Staff need delivery details to fulfill your request; source contact details are excluded from public catalogue APIs. No advertising trackers are installed. An operator-specific privacy notice, retention schedule and process for access or deletion requests must be in place before accepting real customers.
